Job Requirements
- Assist to supervise the daily operation of SMS, Voice system, Cloud service
- Manage and mentor junior staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Handle customer enquiries and solve the problems
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Ensure the system is functioning properly
- Prepare reports for management review
- Ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
Job Description
- Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science or related disciplines
- A least 1 year experience in Telecommunications operators customer service
- Self-motivated, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent problem solving skill
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage)
- More experience will be considered as Officer
- Immediate available is highly recommended
