Job Requirements
  • Assist to supervise the daily operation of SMS, Voice system, Cloud service
  • Manage and mentor junior staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Handle customer enquiries and solve the problems
  • Ensure excellent customer service
  • Ensure the system is functioning properly
  • Prepare reports for management review
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
Job Description
  • Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • A least 1 year experience in Telecommunications operators customer service
  • Self-motivated, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Excellent problem solving skill
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage)
  • More experience will be considered as Officer
  • Immediate available is highly recommended
